CBT-Hypnotherapy

helping you overcome your anxiety and fears to create a life of ease and joy

Your anxiety or fear doesn’t have to rule you. Together we can create changes in the mind and body, replacing old patterns with more healthy and supportive thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.

Why Hypnotherapy?

I am so glad you asked, I had this very same question.

When trying to overcome anxiety, habits, or fears we must make sure the conscious and subconscious mind are aligned, otherwise, the same patterns keep reoccurring.

Without this, it is why so often you:

  • know you are safe but your mind starts to panic

  • wish to stop a habit, but continue anyway

  • find yourself ruminating, procrastinating, or feeling frozen

  • experience intrusive thoughts and struggle to think rationally

  • put your needs last or have low self-esteem

  • want to pursue a dream but get caught up in fear or imposter syndrome

  • keep falling back into old patterns and behaviors or going back
    to unhealthy relationships

Thankfully in hypnotherapy, we can create change to match our subconscious to our conscious, so that we can start supporting ourselves in the ways we need and desire.

In talk therapy we can only get so far, we can; identify the patterns, we can bring awareness to the process and we can begin to practice behaving differently, which are all essential things. However, this process can take us a long time when we are up against our subconscious programming and our old conditioned responses. In my hypnotherapy practice, we work on all of the above along with aligning the nervous system and subconscious to support our growth goals and life.

Evidence papers have shown that by adding hypnosis to CBT treatment the results can increase between 20-70% depending on the condition!!

Hypnosis induces a state of deep relaxation and concentrated focus, where the critical, judgmental part of your mind takes a back seat. This state allows for reprogramming of your subconscious mind so that we can create new more supportive ways of behaving, thinking, and feeling that you to live a healthier, happier life.

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural process that puts you in complete control, ultimately enhancing your self-mastery.
