I was just like you.

I experienced riddling anxiety, I had panic attacks, I couldn’t get on the subway for 2 years whilst living in New York out of fear, I was held back by low self-esteem, I burnt myself out trying to please others just to then feel empty, I was stuck in binge-eating cycles, and I often felt stuck with imposter syndrome and indecision.

I get it, deeply.

Thankfully, I was led to people, tools, and trainings that helped me create significant changes to all of the above.

I learned how our body holds onto past traumas until we choose to create different somatic responses and how our subconscious mind will keep trying to keep us safe based on what we experienced in childhood, not based on what is supportive of our living reality.

Because of this education and working with my teachers on my struggles…

Today, I confidently navigate situations that once triggered my anxiety, like riding the subway.

I have developed healthy habits and no longer feel powerless over them.

I am secure in myself and have loving relationships where I can prioritize my own needs and set clear, healthy boundaries when necessary.

Managing stress has become one of my best assets. The positive impact on my life has been profound and the work I did continues to reveal its effects, daily.

I knew I needed to pass this work on to others.

So, I decided to study at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, to become a CBT-Hypnotherapist. This training is all evidence-based which I love and really value.

My hypnotherapy certification alongside my Somatic Release Breathwork training allows me to bring a powerful approach to my clients where we get to work with hypnosis, mindfulness, CBT, and breathwork to create long-lasting changes in their lives.
